About The Position

EXL Health is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Healthcare Solutions. This is a remote role with 20% - 40% travel. The VP, Healthcare Clinical Solutions will be focused on driving the innovation, strategy, and commercialization of EXL’s data and AI assets into healthcare clinical and operational end-to-end processes to create solutions focused on optimizing healthcare spend and enabling clients to achieve their outcomes and organizational goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy, development, value creation, market leadership, and customer success of our healthcare clinical solutions and services. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining the healthcare clinical market solution offering innovation, strategy, and roadmap in conjunction with other data and AI solution leaders, driving solutions from idea to launch, and actively partnering and collaborating with customers, service delivery, technology, sales, marketing, and other parts of the organization to deliver on solution success metrics, including but not limited to revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
