Vice President, Client Operations
About The Position
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll make an impact by leading the execution of client transactions by applying advanced knowledge in transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction workflows, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks. You will serve as a subject matter expert in client processing, providing guidance and training to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. You will also monitor and analyze transaction processing metrics to identify trends and implement improvements, enhancing the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a combination of work experience
- Typically 7-12 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
