About The Position

In this role, you'll make an impact by leading support for major external clients by resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are executed, and directing clients to appropriate resources at BNY. You will apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze complex information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base, resolving the most complex or non-routine inquiries. Leverage in-depth knowledge of BNY products and services across lines of business and geographies to proactively identify client needs, contribute to business development efforts, and propose expanded offerings for front-office consideration. Participate in and lead internal initiatives to improve the client experience, develop process improvements based on client service best practices, and support multiple complex client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, and reconciliation; ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and providing guidance to less experienced team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Relevant client service/operations experience in financial services preferred.
  • Corporate Trust and CLO/CDO backgrounds preferred.
  • SOLVAS experience preferred.
