About The Position

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead support for major external clients by resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are executed, and directing clients to appropriate resources at BNY. Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze complex information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base, resolving the most complex or non-routine inquiries. Leverage in-depth knowledge of BNY products and services across lines of business and geographies to proactively identify client needs, contribute to business development efforts, and propose expanded offerings for front-office consideration. Participate in and lead internal initiatives to improve the client experience, develop process improvements based on client service best practices, and support multiple complex client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Typically, 7-12 years of experience.
  • Relevant client service/operations experience in financial services preferred.
  • Corporate Trust and CLO/CDO backgrounds preferred.
  • SOLVAS experience preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, and reconciliation; ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
