About The Position

BNY Investments is a leading investment manager with $2.2 Trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The firm employs an investor-first approach, offering clients specialist expertise from seven specialist investment managers across all major asset classes, supported by the strength, stability, and global presence of BNY. The Portfolio Strategy Group team collaborates with Distribution, Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Investment Boutiques to develop and deliver accurate, consistent, compelling, and relevant investment strategy communications, concepts, and content to intermediary wealth management clients in North America. Responsibilities cover various asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and Alternatives), investment vehicles (mutual funds, SMA, bank collective trusts, separate accounts, private/illiquid), and macro and micro market and investing thematics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CFA preferred
  • 7+ years experience
  • Understanding of the capital markets, wealth management, and asset management products across fixed income, equity, hedge funds, private equity, and/or real assets.
  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.
  • Outstanding copywriting and editorial skills; must be able to take complex concepts and synthesize concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a strong ability to develop relationships and influence outcomes in large, globally complex matrix organizations.

  • Minimum Experience 10+ years
  • Minimum Language Skills English

  • May require successful completion of FINRA Series 7.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and delivery of investment strategy content and portfolio construction analysis to external clients.
  • Building and delivering presentations on current industry topics.
  • Distribution of model portfolios.
  • Offering in-depth and actionable portfolio analysis to clients.
  • Building strong partnerships across the organization to create and manage print and digital marketing communications.
  • Researching, writing, editing, and publishing materials for the sales team, linking investment messaging to insights that address client needs.
  • Working with partners in Marketing and Compliance to produce relevant, differentiated content that better positions investment capabilities with clients.
  • Soliciting and incorporating feedback from a large group of stakeholders across the firm to refine product stories and support the accessibility of sales materials.
