The VP / Chief Quality Officer (CQO) is a key member of the senior leadership team at Reid Health and is responsible for creating a positive and progressive relationship with all staff members and will collaborate to foster a culture of safety, excellence and collaboration throughout the hospital. In addition, lead the organization to achieve all aspects of a High Reliability Organization, support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, leadership and staff development, employee relations, engagement and experience. The CQO will facilitate and coordinate quality improvement, peer review, clinical effectiveness and resource management, supporting the highest level of care and regulatory compliance.
