Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Vice President, Chief Practice Officer. The Vice President – Chief Practice Officer provides executive leadership in partnership with the Chief Physician Executive for a multispecialty provider group within IU Health. This leader participates in financial, strategic, and operational planning to ensure patient accessibility and high-quality patient care is delivered in a patient centered environment. The Chief Practice Officer leads, manages, and is accountable for practice administration and operations to assure provider group goals are achieved, in environments that cultivate strong provider and team member engagement, and professional satisfaction. This leader collaborates with executive and senior leadership and front-line team members, executes organizational development strategy, and motivates change initiatives across the portfolio to optimize organizational potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Advanced knowledge of physician billing and payment systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of physician compensation programs.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant leadership experience in health care required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
