About The Position

Parsons is seeking a visionary executive to lead and expand its California Wastewater design business. This role involves managing the design of Wastewater Treatment Plants, engaging with clients, spearheading new opportunities, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. The leader will be instrumental in strengthening relationships with key California water agencies, leveraging Parsons' legacy of quality and innovation. The team operates primarily from the Pasadena, California office, with a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
15+ years in municipal water and wastewater treatment plant design.
Managed design/project management of at least two wastewater treatment plants with values exceeding $100 million.
Strong connections with regional and local clients and subconsultants.
Registered Professional Engineer in California.
Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies like MBR processes.
