Are you an experienced, mission-driven leader ready to launch and lead a brand-new early childhood education initiative? Acelero Learning is seeking a dynamic Vice President to spearhead the opening and oversight of a new delegate within our growing Acelero Learning network, located in Delaware. This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the vision, structure, and operations of Head Start and Early Head Start programs from the ground up. Why Acelero? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or related field)
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organization
- Strong background in compliance, staff leadership, and operational execution
- Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Head Start or similar family-centered programming is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Establishing all aspects of program operations, staffing, and systems from the ground up
- Leading a growing team expected to exceed 150 staff and serve over 400 children
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Head Start Performance Standards
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with local, state, and regional stakeholders
- Driving performance, innovation, and impact while creating a culture of excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional support teams across the Acelero Learning network
