About the Role: The Division VP is a highly strategic and crucial role that reports to our Chief Growth Officer and is primarily focused on overseeing and expanding our Locums division through sales, recruiting, business development, and operations What will you be doing day to day? Strategy, Direction, and Execution are the core responsibilities of this position Develop and oversee a standard of expectations that support the organization in facilitating the sales and delivery process, enhance growth strategies, and impact our people and the culture within the division Expand the client portfolio by collaborating with business development teams to strategize and execute an effective sales plan aimed at meeting or surpassing sales targets for acquiring new clients Develop relationships with key decision-makers at direct facilities for all staffing needs and partner with them on filling their needs exclusively Perform prospect visits to hospitals and other facilities to educate and inform on our staffing services and drive exclusive and set-aside business for the company. Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for the growth of your portfolio Strategize and build strong client relationships to generate referrals as well as grow current accounts Work closely with recruitment teams to develop, manage, and implement strategies and tools for and provide excellent candidates Create processes around providing an excellent provider experience and boosting retention. Coach new hires, as well as keep top billers, motivated Identify subject matter experts by specialty by working directly on recruiting and sales development initiatives. Formulate strategies and define KPIs and SLAs for the recruiting and booking process Evaluate gaps in all our day-to-day operations for onboarding, compliance, finance, timekeeping, and support services teams and find ways of improving efficiencies and QoS, resulting in a positive provider experience. Find new and creative ways to encourage provider retention, e.g., loyalty programs, and other benefits Provide technical/professional advice and knowledge to management Participate in the development, execution, and measurement of P&Ls, formal budgeting, and business planning for the division

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience and 5+ years in executive or leadership in Locums Tenens staffing
  • Extensive Sales and Business Development experience in acquiring new business
  • Experiencing managing Profit & Loss
  • Act as a healthcare industry expert and advisor
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving top-line and bottom-line goals
  • Understanding of strategic planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Robust understanding of multiple staffing models.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Schedule 621i or Government Healthcare is a big plus
