The Vice President, Accreditation Services is responsible for directing the daily work operations of ASHP’s Accreditation Services Office, both domestically and internationally and serves as a member of ASHP’s senior leadership team. This position has overall accountability for the delivery of ASHP’s programs and services within the Accreditation Services Office and directs the execution of the Accreditation Services Office’s strategic and operational initiatives. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The salary range for this position is $280,000-325,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on ASHP’s commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, educational background and licenses/certifications, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and other business and organizational needs.
