The VP, Client Partnership is responsible for client success and growth across a large portfolio of clients. They are accountable for the overall partnership between Ansira and the clients in their portfolio, working closely with their Client Engagement team who is accountable for managing existing scopes, account planning, and delivery. This person brings together the right team of agency solution leads and subject matter experts to drive profitable sales growth that expands our footprint and influences the client's strategy through knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership. Key requirements for this role are strong leadership, subject matter expertise in a key area of Ansira’s business, and demonstrated success in selling and growing client revenue – both in new logos and existing clients. In addition, there is a focus on creative problem solving and impact storytelling that identifies solutions to address client challenges, provides proactive communication, and elicits a passion for client success.
