About The Position

Vibration Analyst (Remote – Data & Predictive Maintenance) At I-care, we are redefining maintenance through AI-powered, data-driven condition monitoring . A key part of our success is Wi-care , our fully in-house developed and produced wireless vibration sensor. This cutting-edge technology enables continuous, scalable monitoring of industrial assets across the globe—feeding high-quality data into our advanced analytics platforms. To strengthen our remote monitoring capabilities, we are looking for a Vibration Analyst with a strong passion for data analysis, signal processing, and predictive maintenance . Your role As a Vibration Analyst, you will be part of our remote monitoring center , where you transform industrial data into actionable insights. Your focus will be fully remote and analytical: Analyzing vibration data from Wi-care sensors and other monitoring systems deployed worldwide Detecting early signs of failure using advanced signal processing techniques (FFT, spectral analysis, time-waveform analysis) Identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets Translating complex data into clear diagnostics and recommendations for customers Contributing to the continuous improvement of data-driven maintenance strategies and AI models You will work on a wide range of industrial assets such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, turbines, and fans—across multiple industries and continents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in data analytics, vibration analysis, and signal processing
  • Passion for predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, and smart technologies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Eager to learn and grow into a remote diagnostics expert
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or certification in vibration analysis is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze real-time and historical vibration data from rotating equipment
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to diagnose faults and predict failures
  • Deliver remote technical reports and recommendations to improve asset reliability
  • Work with wireless sensor technologies (Wi-care) and cloud-based monitoring platforms
  • Collaborate with international teams to enhance analytics methodologies and tools
  • Continuously develop your expertise through a structured training program
