About The Position

We opened a space that is not an office or a store, but a content engine, community hub, and cultural node. We are looking for someone who can transform this space into a desirable destination. The role involves curating attendees (founders, creators, builders), creating an immediate positive atmosphere, facilitating real-time connections, and developing recurring events such as small, curated nights (max 10-15 people) and exclusive 'You can only come if...' events with changing criteria. Additionally, the role includes creating unexpected, story-worthy off-menu experiences and fostering a tight inner circle from regular attendees. The position also entails transforming the space into a content machine by capturing moments, conversations, and energy from every event for distribution across platforms like Instagram, X, and TikTok. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the space, managing vendors, ensuring readiness, and proactively addressing any issues.

• Run the room
• Curate who shows up (founders, creators, builders)

• Connect people in real time
• Build recurring formats (supper club energy)
• Host small, curated nights (10–15 people max)
• Organize 'You can only come if…' events (filters change weekly)
• Create off-menu experiences (unexpected, story-worthy)
• Turn regulars into a tight inner circle
• Turn the space into a content machine
• Capture moments, conversations, energy from every event
• Feed distribution across IG, X, TikTok
• Own the space (quietly)
• Ensure the space is always clean, set, and ready
• Manage vendors, resets, and details
• Fix things before anyone notices
