About The Position

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Via Fill Operator to operate equipment in the PCB manufacturing process. Via fill selectively and completely fills or closes copper-plated holes that connect layers of a printed circuit board by applying epoxy to the PCB and planarizing the epoxy and copper after the epoxy cures. This is a full-time, third-shift position. The schedule is Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Mandatory weekend overtime may be needed to meet production goals, with shift schedule details provided in advance. The position requires access to controlled technical data or participation in activities subject to ITAR. Applicants must qualify as U.S. persons under ITAR: U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee or asylee status.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing-related industry.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Able to stand and walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift and walk on uneven surfaces.
Must meet ITAR U.S.-person eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or individual with refugee or asylee status.

Responsibilities

Operate department equipment, perform quality checks and preventative maintenance, and make minor repairs.
Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion of prior operations, job count, and quality.
Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
Work overtime and weekends when necessary to meet production goals.
Support and implement company safety protocols.
