The Role You will be responsible for the day to day management of all projects you lead. You will lead a team of Artists through the pitching, winning and execution of work. You will continually develop meaningful and lasting client relationships throughout each project and beyond. In this role you will be a guiding force in the growth and development of the Artist team at Untold Studios. As a respected leader you keep yourself and your teams highly motivated. You are solutions driven and love analysing and solving problems. You have a deep working knowledge of a range of industry standard software and provide creative and technical support to your teams. You apply new technologies when applicable making sure that we are at the forefront of technical innovation. We are committed to supporting you and your ongoing development. Requirements

Managing all aspects of the project from bidding, pitching, methodologies, scheduling through to execution.
Taking ownership of your workload from the start of a project through to the deadline.
Working closely with Producers and Coordinators to manage schedules and budgets.
Managing teams of varying size.
The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
Collaborating with Clients and Directors to create an environment that breeds the highest quality work.
Effectively managing expectations both internally and client side.
Creating opportunities to establish and nurture client relationships.
The ability to listen to and interpret client comments and then address feedback in a constructive and efficient manner.
Providing on-set supervision; assisting the Director, advising on approach and gathering all reference/data needed.
Mentoring artists through a project and beyond.
Driving recruitment by sourcing talent, reviewing CVs, interviewing and evaluating job descriptions.
Being an ambassador for Untold Studios, through attending industry events, producing publications, public speaking and outreach opportunities.
