Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of veterinary technician experience
  • Strong anesthesia monitoring and patient nursing skills
  • Experience performing laboratory diagnostics, imaging, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and other core technical procedures
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and continuing to grow professionally

Nice To Haves

  • A Veterinary Technician credential (LVT, RVT, or CVT) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care, patient handling, restraint, and husbandry
  • Assist with surgery and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring
  • Perform laboratory diagnostics, imaging, and sample collection
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Triage and assist with urgent and emergency cases
  • Educate clients regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Conduct technician appointments with the support of our veterinary assistants
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and teammates to provide outstanding patient care
