About The Position
Royal Vet is a new breed of veterinary clinic on a mission to reinvent the pet care experience. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Animal Health Technology program
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) in both French and English (bilingual)
- Positive and welcoming attitude
Responsibilities
- Supporting veterinarians during consultations
- Performing blood work and other diagnostics
- Administering medication
- Preparing and performing procedures
- Leading admission and discharge
- Educating clients, responding to their questions and requests, and performing any follow up activities to support them (e.g., calls, reports)
- Collaborating with the broader team (e.g., reception, assistants) to provide exceptional service
- Providing guidance, education and support on key areas (e.g., nutrition, medication, wellness, etc.)
