About The Position

Midlothian Veterinary Clinic is hiring an experienced Veterinary Technician. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience and licensure. The schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating weekend kennel shifts. The clinic is a well-established, community-focused small animal practice providing comprehensive veterinary care with a personal touch. Requirements

• Prior veterinary technician experience required
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to help where needed

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring
• Support diagnostics, surgery, and dental procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain accurate medical records and attention to detail
