About The Position

Responsibilities

Supporting veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
Providing attentive and compassionate nursing care
Safely handling and restraining patients
Collecting and preparing diagnostic samples
Performing venipuncture
Placing and maintaining IV catheters
Supporting diagnostic testing and in-house laboratory work
Assisting with digital radiography
Preparing and administering medications and treatments as directed
Monitoring patients and communicating changes to the medical team
Educating clients about patient care and veterinary recommendations
Maintaining accurate patient records
Keeping treatment and patient-care areas clean, organized, and ready for the day
Collaborating with teammates to maintain an efficient workflow
Providing compassionate care to patients while supporting the people who love them
