About The Position
Mission Veterinary Emergency and Specialty hospital is adding a Veterinary Technician to our high performing Internal Medicine team! This role involves working with a team of Doctors and Technicians who utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform advanced techniques, providing excellent care and treatment services. You will have exposure to a diverse and stimulating caseload, employ the most advanced imaging and monitoring tools, and tap into the expertise of our board-certified specialists. The hospital prides itself on a welcoming environment where team members feel safe to learn and seek guidance from each other. Tenured technicians mentor and guide newer technicians, supporting and encouraging each other and celebrating wins. There is dedicated learning and development time, and the expectation to train, coach, mentor, and teach after gaining knowledge.
Requirements
- Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Outstanding client service
- Excellent patient care
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to remain composed during stressful and emotional situations

- Weekend availability is required
