About The Position

Practicing both urgent care and general practice, no day is ever the same. Requirements

  • Credentialed Vet Tech: CVT, RVT, or LVT with a current Colorado license (or eligibility). Credentials required.
  • 1+ year of vet tech experience.
  • Team-First Mindset: Collaborative, communicative, and willing to jump in where needed. No ego - just great care.
  • Organized & Proactive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a knack for improving processes.
  • Compassionate & Growth-Oriented: Gentle with pets, respectful with clients, and motivated to keep learning and improving veterinary care.

Nice To Haves

  • Emergency/urgent care experience is a plus, but not required - we’ll train the right person.
  • Experience in urgent or emergency care
  • Experience or interest in dentistry or anesthesia

Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics.
  • Guide and reassure pet parents by clearly explaining care plans and at-home instructions.
  • Perform blood draws, lab tests, IV catheter placement, radiographs (including dental), medication/vaccine administration, and assist with wound care.
  • Maintain accurate digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and keep equipment clean and sterilized.
