Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, or CVT) in Florida.
Confidence in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Commitment to low-stress, Fear-Free handling.
Comfort with technology, adaptability, and motivation to grow.

Responsibilities

Assist with surgeries and dental procedures, and monitor anesthesia.
Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory diagnostics.
Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient histories.
Use low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction.
Mentor assistants and foster teamwork and excellence.
