About The Position

St. Charles Veterinary Clinic is hiring an experienced or credentialed Veterinary Technician for their 24-hour veterinary facility. This role is part of the after-hours team, playing a critical role in emergency and overnight care. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong technical skills and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service, including phone communication and discharge instructions
• Triage incoming patients and assist with emergency care
• Perform technical skills including phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, and lab work
• Take radiographs and administer medications and injections
• Monitor sedated and anesthetized patients
• Care for hospitalized patients and support overnight treatment plans
