About The Position

Broward Veterinary Specialists is hiring a full-time Overnight ICU Veterinary Technician to provide care for hospitalized ICU patients and support specialty services, including surgery, internal medicine, and oncology. The role is scheduled Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m., with no weekend shifts or on-call duty. The posting also describes the schedule as a 3–4 day work week. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a flexible approach to compensation. Veterinary technician licensure is welcomed but not required. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician.
Excellent client communication skills, both in person and by phone.
A calm, patient approach and a team-player mindset.
Comfort working overnight shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [Weight] lbs with assistance.

Nice To Haves

Specialty or emergency hospital experience is preferred.
Veterinary technician licensure is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide overnight care for hospitalized ICU patients.
