About The Position

Pet Hospital of Willoughby is seeking a Veterinary Technician who is looking for a change and wants to regain work-life balance. We offer family-conscious scheduling, including optional 3 or 4-day work weeks, and nights and weekends free. We are building something special, led by veterinarians with decades of small-animal experience and supported by a strong community reputation. Responsibilities

Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
Attentive induction, monitoring, and recovery of surgical patients
Emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement and intubation
Collaboration with doctors, Veterinary Technicians, and support staff
Advocating for patients and practicing gold-standard medicine
Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
