About The Position
Mission Veterinary Emergency and Specialty hospital is adding a Veterinary Technician to our high performing Surgery team! This role involves working with a state-of-the-art equipment to perform advanced techniques, providing excellent care and treatment services. You will have exposure to a diverse and stimulating caseload, employ the most advanced imaging and monitoring tools, and tap into the expertise of our board-certified specialists. The hospital is a 24-hour facility focusing on the critical needs of animals in the community.
Requirements
- Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Excellent patient care skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to remain composed during stressful and emotional situations.
- Understanding of clear, effective communication among clients and team members.
- Dedication to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
- Desire to utilize full skill set and learn new & advanced techniques.
- Weekend availability is required.
