About The Position

Garden State Veterinary Services Woodbridge is hiring a Veterinary Technician to join its busy ophthalmology team. Requirements

CVT/LVT credential preferred, or at least 2 years of technician experience.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Nice To Haves

CVT/LVT credential preferred.
Fluency in additional languages is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with ophthalmologic examinations.
Support anesthesia, sedation, and procedures.
Set up CRIs and perform medical calculations.
Place IV catheters and manage fluid therapy.
Monitor hospitalized patients and provide compassionate care.
Collect diagnostic samples and maintain records.
Position patients for radiology and follow radiology safety practices.
