About The Position

VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join their Emergency teams. This role is for a fast-paced, general, specialty, and emergency practice where you will work alongside general practitioners, specialists, and dedicated technical and support staff to provide exemplary patient care 24/7/365. The hospital is a one-stop shop for pet care, offering 24-hour emergency care and specialty services in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Emergency and Critical Care. VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital is committed to professional development, independent thinking, and personal growth within a supportive and fun environment.

Requirements

• Certified Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia monitoring
• Full Technician Skill Utilization
• Collecting patient histories & physical exams
• Venipuncture / IVC placement
• Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Providing compassionate care for all patients
