About The Position

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Hillsborough, NJ is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding surgery team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty or emergency medicine and be eager to advance their surgical skills. RBVH Hillsborough is seeking a Full-Time Surgery Technician who is excited to grow their career in a state-of-the-art 19,000 sq. ft. facility. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty or emergency hospital
• Proficient in monitoring anesthesia IS A MUST!
• Ability to intubate patients
• Skilled in IV catheter placement and phlebotomy (various sites)
• Strong understanding of disease processes and treatment protocols
• Experience with IV fluid pumps and medication calculations/administration
• Capable of identifying subtle signs of pain, deterioration, or improvement in patients
• Confidence in caring for and monitoring critically ill patients

• CVT preferred

Responsibilities
