About The Position

Dewitt Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is ready to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and help shape the future of our hospital. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about building a positive, growth-focused culture. The Technician Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, elevating medical standards, and developing the technician team. You will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure strong clinical workflows, consistent training and skill development, a collaborative, respectful team environment, and high-quality patient care and client experience.

Requirements

3+ years of veterinary technician experience required
Strong technical skills (surgery, anesthesia, patient care, workflow coordination)
Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation, etc.)

Comfortable navigating change and helping teams adapt (especially with new systems and workflows)

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet, VetSnap etc.) is a plus
