About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Relief Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department in Olympia! This position offers competitive pay, including shift differential pay for nights and weekends. The role involves advanced medical care, patient monitoring, and collaboration with a skilled team. There is also an opportunity for mentoring and training other co-workers.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Triage and obtain patient history
Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
Advanced Radiographs
Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
Level 2 & 3 Inpatient Care
Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
