VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Overnight Veterinary Technician to join our well-established, multi-doctor, 24-hour emergency/general practice in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Venipuncture
- Catheter placement
- Radiology
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Physical examinations and patient assessment
- Surgical preparation and assisting
- Laboratory and pharmacy work
- Patient recovery
- Compassionate care for hospitalized patients
- Educate clients on the value of advanced veterinary care
- Coach clients on keeping their pets healthy
- Validate client concerns in collaboration with the doctor
