As you drive onto our beautiful working farm campus, you are greeted by some of the animals that make our hospital such a unique place to work including longhorns, emus, goats, pigs, and geese are all part of the experience. It is not your average trip into work, and that is just the beginning. Forgot your coffee or breakfast on the way in? No problem. Our team enjoys access to a fully stocked breakfast bar along with free snacks available on site for staff, helping you start the day fueled and ready. Once your shift begins, you will step into a fast-paced, team-centered hospital environment where your role truly matters. A typical day may include preparing patients for appointments and treatments, obtaining histories, assisting with diagnostics, placing IV catheters, administering medications and chemotherapy as directed, monitoring patients during treatments, educating clients, and helping ensure that every patient visit is handled with compassion and precision. Throughout the day, you will help support patients receiving ongoing care while also serving as a reassuring and knowledgeable resource for the families who love them.
