Requirements

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant with strong clinical skills.
• 5+ years of experience
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Commitment to Fear Free® techniques and patient-focused care.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the mobile veterinary vehicle to and from client homes.
• Assist the veterinarian with patient handling, restraint, diagnostics, and treatment following Fear Free® handling principles.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients before, during, and after visits.
• Perform technical duties: collect samples, administer medications, prepare and submit lab work, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Keep the mobile unit clean, organized, and fully stocked for each patient.
• Manage inventory and coordinate restocking with the operations team.
• Support compassionate, individualized care for every patient.
