Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert and resource for technicians and assistants in patient care, daily operations, and skill-building.
- Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood, communicated, and supported by team development.
- Collaborate with supervisors and the regional nursing trainer to create engaging, forward-thinking training programs for the nursing team.
- Play an active role in managing day-to-day operations of the nursing team alongside hospital leadership.
- Mentor staff by modeling professional work habits, clinical excellence, and business acumen.
- Address workplace conflicts proactively, seeking resolutions that foster effective collaboration.
- Coach and inspire staff to achieve high performance and productivity aligned with our mission.
- Communicate clearly to ensure team understanding of new ideas, protocol updates, and company initiatives.
- Build positive relationships across departments to promote a culture of teamwork.
- Implement and train on process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, document team member progress, and provide leadership with recommendations for performance management.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
