VCA Animal Medical Center of Southern California is seeking two experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians or Veterinary Assistants to support the growth of their full-service hospital in Los Angeles, California. Requirements
- Experienced Registered Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant
- Credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT)
Responsibilities
- Support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for clients and patients.
- Win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Utilize knowledge and skills in physical examinations and patient assessment.
- Monitor anesthesia.
- Assist with surgical preparation.
- Perform dentistry.
- Conduct radiology.
- Perform laboratory work.
- Perform venipuncture.
- Perform catheter placement.
- Administer pharmacy services.
- Monitor patient recovery.
- Provide compassionate care of hospitalized animals.
