About The Position
Animal Specialty Center (ASC) is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) to join their fast-paced, forward-thinking, 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. ASC is committed to supporting professional growth, including assisting with licensure in New York and providing mentorship for those pursuing specialty credentials and leadership opportunities. The hospital utilizes state-of-the-art technology and a leading practice approach to animal healthcare. Licensed veterinary technicians have direct case oversight and management with Specialty and Emergency Clinicians.
Requirements
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT)

- Strong experience in patient care
- Strong experience in anesthesia/surgery monitoring
- Strong experience in in-house laboratory operation
- Strong experience in venipuncture

- Willingness to pursue VTS certification
