VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Animal Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic veterinary technician to join our growing ER care team full time! Credentials desired but not required. We not only care for our canine, and feline companions but here at VCA CAVES we also work with multiple local wildlife rescuers and rehabilitators to provide care to nature’s most wild, and most in need. We have had the pleasure of assisting hawks, eagles, owls, turtles of all shapes and sizes, fawns, opossums, wild turkeys, porcupines, snakes and more! We have the ability to support the most advanced cases with cutting-edge technology utilizing our CT, and multiple specialty departments such as Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, I-131 and more! We support full technician skill utilization and are dedicated to provide gold standard medicine and exceptional patient care. Our outstanding medicine is supported by a VTS in (ECC), and a VTS in (SAIM) and we continue to support a hospital culture of growth and development for all levels of technician.
