Requirements
- Current Veterinary Technician with 1 year of experience
- Strong medical knowledge and math skills
- Ability to prioritize in a high-stress environment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology degree
- Two years of recent experience in an ER or Specialty setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency and ICU patient care
- Perform treatments, diagnostics, and monitoring as directed by the DVM
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure quality control standards
- Support accurate medical records and billing in the EMR
- Communicate calmly and clearly with clients during stressful moments
- Work independently while staying tightly connected to your team
