Veterinary Receiving Supervisor Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists (CVSS) – Annapolis, MD Are you a veterinary professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for exceptional client service? Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists (CVSS) is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead our Client Service and Receiving Team. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of veterinary experience
Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and accountability
Passion for developing others and building a strong team culture

Nice To Haves

Specialty and/or emergency veterinary experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Client Service Representatives and Receiving Technicians
Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
Participate in hiring and employee development
Monitor workflow and patient flow to ensure an exceptional client experience
Help implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
Address employee and client concerns professionally and effectively
Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership to support patient care and hospital operations
