About The Position

Vetcor is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and compassionate leader to serve as a Veterinary Regional Manager supporting approximately 20 veterinary practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, primarily in McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. The role involves partnering with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations, support short- and long-term goals, and foster engaged, high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal health, client service, and team success, and preferably resides within the region.

Requirements

Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
Passionate about supporting Vetcor’s mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

Candidates who reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth region (McKinney, Frisco, and Plano areas) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
