About The Position

Curo Pet Care is seeking a highly experienced leader in the veterinary or broader medical/service industry to serve as its Regional Director of Operations for the St. George/Las Vegas area. This role involves direct oversight and management of existing practices in the region, as well as the planning, construction, and growth of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices. Curo Pet Care is a team of entrepreneurs and doctors dedicated to improving the veterinary industry by partnering with medical and management teams to provide progressive, compassionate care. Their practices feature leading medical teams, advanced equipment, dedicated support staff, and loyal customers, all while being highly profitable and positioned for growth with strong ownership support.

Requirements

At least 7+ years of experience as a manager of multi-site veterinary/medical/service operations.
Deep expertise in all areas of HR, finance, marketing, facilities, and medical program support.
Highly capable manager.

Nice To Haves

CVPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partnering with the ownership team to develop and execute regional strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and vendor relationships.
Providing day-to-day operational oversight of practice-level managers, including HR/team management, bookkeeping, OSHA compliance, and inventory.
Developing and implementing non-medical protocols, best practices, and staff training.
Coordinating and overseeing the development and construction of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices in the region.
Partnering with Senior Management and other Regional Directors of Operations to grow and develop the network in the region.
