The Veterinary Referral Coordinator serves as the liaison between Fetch’s team of doctors and their referral partners. The Coordinator ensures a seamless referral process, providing personalized support to veterinarians, guests, and their beloved pets.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Customer service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians and their teams.
Direct cases to the appropriate services and address questions or concerns.
Review medical records from referring teams to ensure all necessary information is included.
Audit and ensure completeness of medical records.
Create and send clinical summaries to referring doctors.
Foster relationships with the veterinary community by identifying and addressing their needs.
Partner with the marketing team to organize veterinary education events for our referral partners and their teams.
Facilitate pre-appointment communication with new guests to provide a welcoming experience.
Personally greet and onboard new guests during their first visit.
Conduct follow-ups after visits or hospitalization.
