About The Position
Ambassador Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! We are a team-oriented, one-doctor practice looking to add a Client Care Specialist to our crew of passionate professionals. We believe in a 'better together' philosophy because we know we are at our best when we celebrate ourselves and each other. As a result, both staff and patients flourish. We're big on a proper work-life balance and believe that if you're not enjoying yourself, you're doing it wrong. There are often snacks in the breakroom and occasional coffee runs. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
- Manage medical record requests, reminders, and basic administrative tasks
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed
- Make outbound calls/texts/emails to confirm appointments and follow up on care
