About The Position
Country Inn Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art Pet Resort and AAHA Accredited Animal Hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets. We offer boarding, dog daycare, grooming, dog training, and animal hospital services in a modern, comfortable environment. Our mission is to prioritize the well-being of every animal in our care, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and happy. As a Hospital Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry patients while providing caring and friendly customer service to our hospital clients.
Requirements
- Proof of at least 3 years' experience is required for this position
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an animal hospital (preferred)
- Experience with AVIMARK software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform data entry
- Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as needed
- Send appointment reminders and update patient charts
- Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments)
- Keep reception area clean at all times
