Requirements
- Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide exceptional customer service and client communication
- Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and next steps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to support hospital operations
