About The Position

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to client emails and text messages
- Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
- Welcome clients and help create a positive experience from the moment they contact the hospital
- Collect payments and accurately process client transactions
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments and hospital information
- Learn and appropriately use veterinary terminology
- Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow client service team members to keep the hospital running smoothly
