Requirements
- Previous animal experience strongly preferred, including veterinary clinics, kennels, shelters, or similar settings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high call volumes and busy front desk responsibilities
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Professional demeanor and compassionate approach to clients and pets
- Flexibility to adapt to changing daily hospital needs
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones, triage calls, and manage multiple phone lines
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors
- Support smooth workflow between the front desk and treatment areas
- Assist clients with questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Help create a welcoming and organized hospital environment
