About The Position

Responsibilities

Greet clients with friendly eye contact and offer warm, professional acknowledgement.
Maintain a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor.
Act as a compassionate listener.
Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone so clients can easily understand.
Assess each client's immediate need and the pet's general condition upon arrival.
Determine if an emergency arrival is 'stat' versus 'standard'.
Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member.
Confirm all appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet.
Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.
Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
